The New York Botanical Garden – Desert Plants
I’ve never been particularly excited by cactuses. Sure, they’re low maintenance, but they’re also prickly suckers that all look the same, lacking unique shapes and colors. At least that’s what I used to think until I saw the desert plants in the Conservatory at the New York Botanical Garden. I now have a brand new appreciation for the prickly suckers that do in fact vary in many beautiful ways.
